In the morning a new target arrives from above; by lunchtime the team asks why the plan has changed again. A middle manager stands between the two and does what has always worked: explains faster, pushes harder, takes more on themselves. Sometimes it helps. Often it does not.
Leadership training helps leaders see their own leadership style and its impact on others. Once a leader notices their automatic reaction, they can choose how to lead different people and situations.

We work with middle managers in a small group of 1–6 leaders from the same team, because we discuss real situations, real people and real decisions.
A leadership team with similar styles reaches agreement quickly, but tends to see the same things and overlook the same risks. In another leadership team, decisions drag on because disagreement is never voiced.
We work with the leadership team as a team. The Insights Team Wheel shows which perspectives are over-represented around the table and which are missing. Once the blind spots are visible, we agree together how to bring the missing perspectives into decisions.
Participants keep their personal profile. In the next programme only the new profile chapters are added.
The personal Insights Discovery profile (Foundation chapter) is the basis of every programme, and leaders receive it in Insights Discovery: An Introduction. Leadership development adds only the new chapters: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness adds the leadership chapters (Management and Personal Achievement); its follow-on, Self-Aware Leader, uses the Management and Personal Achievement chapters the leader already has and adds only the Transformational Leadership profile. No profile or chapter is bought twice, so we calculate the exact price in the proposal based on what your leaders already have. Travel outside Harju County is charged at EUR 0.50 per km.
We train leaders across Estonia at your premises or a venue of your choice, whether in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu or elsewhere, and virtually via MS Teams. Training is delivered in English or Estonian.
The trainer is Ertti Hermanson, the only licensed Insights Discovery practitioner in Estonia, with more than 30 years of leadership experience at Alexela, Servaali, Kaupmees & Ko and Momentin, so leadership is discussed from a practitioner’s perspective. Kvadrant Koolitus is the official Insights Discovery partner in Estonia.
Yes. For someone who has moved from specialist to manager, the training gives a language to make sense of their way of leading and the confidence to adapt it to different people.
Yes. The personal profile (Foundation chapter) and the shared language are the basis of every later programme. If your leaders have already completed it, we start straight with the leadership chapters.
Leadership situations involve real people. With 1–6 leaders from the same team we can discuss them openly and keep the conversation concrete.
The first focuses on how a leader leads others. The second goes deeper into the leader themselves: strengths, shadow sides and choices under pressure.
Yes, on MS Teams. Small-group work works well virtually.
