Mission

“Our vision is to shape a leadership and team culture in Estonia where human development, collaboration, and self-awareness are a natural part of a successful organization.”

Our Story and Background

Our Story and Background

The journey of Kvadrant Training began with my deep interest in psychology and group dynamics. In 2012, I completed the Insights Discovery programme in Finland, and its clarity, simplicity and lasting impact made a strong impression on me. In our team, the “language of colours” remained part of our everyday communication for years — and we still smile when we spot the colourful Insights blocks on someone’s desk.

I wanted to bring this truly valuable methodology to Estonia to help leaders and teams understand themselves and each other more clearly, and to achieve more sustainable and meaningful results through greater self-awareness.

Where did the name “Kvadrant” come from?

Where did the name “Kvadrant” come from?

The name Kvadrant (Quadrant) grew out of a desire to find a symbol that embodies balance and self-awareness — four dimensions that together form a whole person. The idea was inspired by both C. G. Jung’s typology and the Insights Discovery colour-energy model, where each quadrant reflects a different energy and behavioural preference.

When all four of these forces are consciously developed and in balance, a person can act with greater clarity, effectiveness and alignment with their true self.

What do we offer?

What do we offer?

Insights Discovery trainings help individuals and teams better understand themselves and each other, enabling more effective collaboration and outstanding results.

Each participant receives a personal profile that can be expanded with leadership, personal development, or sales modules.

For exploring team dynamics, the Team Wheel analysis is also available.

The journey begins with the foundation course “Insights Discovery: An Introduction”, which provides a solid basis for understanding the colour model.

Our trainings create growth spaces where new perspectives are discovered, communication skills are strengthened, and stronger collaboration is built.

Our Principles

Our Principles

Awareness – development starts with understanding where I am right now.
Authenticity – honest contact with oneself and others creates trust.
Collaboration – the team is more than the sum of its parts.
Impact – every training must bring a lasting change that is truly felt.

Who and Why

Who and Why

Kvadrant Koolitus works with leaders, teams, and organizations that want to move from a “functioning” team to a truly high-performing team.

We help understand why people think, feel, and act differently and how to turn these differences into the team’s greatest strength.

Every energy, every quadrant, every person matters.

The Roots of Personal Growth and Leadership

My path to becoming the founder and trainer at Kvadrant Training began nearly 30 years ago, when I joined the international leadership development organisation Junior Chamber International (JCI) through the Rapla Chapter. It opened up an entirely new world to me — one where personal growth, leadership and human collaboration stood at the core of everything.

That experience convinced me that every one of us is capable of growing and changing when given the right space and support. Over the years, I took part in countless trainings and projects, led teams both in Estonia and internationally, and learned how people truly work together in practice.

A Journey Toward Deeper Leadership

In 2015, my fellow chapter members honoured me with the JCI Senatorship (No. 74084 globally) – a recognition of long-term dedication to developing people and communities. It’s a title I still carry with great pride.

My journey of self-discovery has also been enriched by Aira Tammemäe’s Camino de Santiago leadership programmes and Mare Porg’s Tipptegijate Kool (Top Performer’s School), both of which have helped me understand myself more deeply and appreciate the rich inner landscapes people carry within them.

All these experiences have brought me to where I am today — to the conviction that true leadership begins with self-awareness. And this is the understanding I feel called to share with others.

Lessons from the Path of Leadership

Over the years, my work and interests have become increasingly intertwined with leadership. I studied international business management, and for the past 35 years I have led several companies and teams in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. It has been a long and varied journey — full of challenges, people and situations that have taught me profoundly.

I have experienced both successes and failures, and I truly believe that the latter give leadership its real meaning. Those moments teach humility, the ability to listen, and the skill of seeing the person behind the performance.

Leadership Success Begins with Understanding

Today, I remain connected with the Momentin Baltics companies, but I have handed over day-to-day leadership to my excellent colleagues. This has given me the opportunity to focus on what resonates with me most — human psychology, behavioural patterns and the dynamics within teams.

After years of working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, I’ve reached a clear conviction: true leadership success begins with understanding people.

The Birth of Kvadrant Koolitus

Kvadrant Koolitus (Quadrant Training) is, for me, a natural next step – a way to bring together my many years of leadership experience and my passion for psychology.

Through Kvadrant Koolitus, I want to offer leaders and teams a space where they can discover their strengths, understand each other’s differences, and make collaboration more conscious, more inspiring and more effective.

Discovering the World of Colour

My first encounter with the Insights Discovery methodology was in 2012, when I completed the training together with my colleagues from Finland and the Baltics. The experience left a deep impression on me – it felt like a mirror that helped me see myself and others in a new, colourful way. From that moment on, I’ve been convinced that this model truly helps people and teams understand why we act and communicate the way we do.

When I founded Kvadrant Koolitus, I wanted to bring this inspiring and effective methodology to people in Estonia. Insights Discovery is based on C. G. Jung’s typology and the psychology of colour, helping uncover different behavioural and communication styles and creating collaboration built on understanding, awareness and trust.

My aim is that every training session helps people recognise the strength hidden in their differences – because it’s in those differences that our greatest value lies, and our ability to grow together.
