The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a practical and impactful development tool that helps you gain a clearer understanding of your behavioural and communication style — and the effect it has on others. Every profile begins with the Foundation chapter, which provides an overview of your strengths, communication preferences, potential blind spots and the value you bring to a team.

The profile can be expanded with additional chapters, depending on the needs of your organisation or team. Available extensions include Management, Effective Selling, Personal Achievement and Interview, each offering deeper and more purposeful insights into how you operate in different roles.

Full Circle (360° Feedback) provides a structured feedback process that deepens self-awareness through perspectives gathered from colleagues, leaders and team members.

For leadership development, the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership extended profile is also available. It maps four leadership manifestations and eight leadership dimensions, and is used in Self-Aware Leader programmes to help leaders understand how their style impacts others — and how to lead with greater awareness, influence and adaptability.
