The profile can be extended with additional chapters depending on organisational or team needs. Full Circle (360° feedback) adds a structured and psychologically safe feedback process that deepens self-awareness by comparing self-perception with the perspectives of colleagues, leaders and team members.

The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is most impactful when it is not only read individually, but used as a basis for reflection and conversation. It supports more meaningful development discussions, team dialogues and coaching conversations. When the insights from the profile are shared and linked to everyday situations, misunderstandings are reduced, mutual understanding increases and collaboration becomes more conscious and effective.

The personal profile is issued as part of a training programme. Profiles are typically delivered in English; Foundation and Management chapters are also available in Estonian.
