Insights Discovery® is a practical and inspiring tool that helps individuals and teams understand themselves and others, enabling more conscious and effective working relationships. The Insights Discovery® system uses a simple and memorable four-colour energy model to help people recognise their style, their strengths and the value they bring to a team. Each of us expresses these energies in different combinations, shaping our natural communication and behaviour preferences.

To understand these combinations more precisely, Insights Discovery uses the 72-Type Wheel — a visual model that illustrates the different ways colour energies can be expressed. It shows how our preferences influence the way we communicate, make decisions and collaborate with others.
While the four colour energies provide a broad overview, the 72 types reveal the nuances that explain why people with seemingly similar profiles may still behave very differently. The Type Wheel adds depth and practical clarity to the Insights Discovery model, supporting the natural diversity within teams and helping them work together more effectively.

Please note: All Insights Discovery trainings can be delivered both in person and virtually. Sessions are held in Estonian (or in English upon request), but some key concepts and core materials are provided in English — therefore, a basic understanding of English is needed.
