See the pattern. Change behavior. Improve results.
Cool Blue: Does analysis stop momentum? Fiery Red: Does pace create resistance? Sunshine Yellow: Do ideas stay unimplemented? Earth Green: Does harmony slow decision-making?

Performance is shaped not only by skills, but by how people actually behave. Personality preferences and behavioural patterns influence decisions, collaboration and change far more than we often realise..

Kvadrant Koolitus is an official Insights Discovery Partner in Estonia.

Many leadership and collaboration challenges do not arise from a lack of skills, but from differences in behaviour and uniform expectations placed on everyone. Insights Discovery helps leaders and teams recognise behavioural patterns that shape communication, decision-making and collaboration. It is not a test or an assessment, but a mirror that supports self-awareness and accountability. Kvadrant Koolitus brings together the clarity of Insights Discovery and the depth of Workplace Big Five to enable more conscious leadership and more sustainable results.

Why do people talk past each other in teams?

Strong leadership and effective collaboration depend not only on skills or experience, but on how well people understand themselves and others. When differences remain unseen, misunderstandings, tension and ineffective collaboration arise. Insights Discovery provides a clear and practical framework for this. It is an internationally recognised model based on Carl Jung’s typology that helps make people’s differences visible, understandable and manageable – in both leadership and teamwork.

What impact does it have on your daily work?

Understand your own behavioural patterns and those of others

Improve communication and collaboration with colleagues and your team

Prevent and resolve tension and conflict in a more informed and constructive way

Increase awareness that supports both a leader’s personal impact and team performance

What leaders and teams notice within 2–3 months

Difficult conversations take place earlier and more calmly

Discussions focus on behaviour, not individuals

Leaders adjust their style more consciously, rather than intuitively

Teams move more quickly towards decisions and agreements

All Insights Discovery programmes can be delivered both on-site and virtually. Training sessions are conducted in Estonian, with the option to deliver them in English if required. Some terms and materials are in English as part of the international programme, supporting the accuracy of the model and a shared understanding. Where needed, concepts are clearly explained in Estonian during the training.

Meie kliendid

“I came to the training thinking I was already self-aware enough – what else could there be to learn? Turns out, quite a lot. The training laid my behaviour out on the table, rather unforgivingly, and showed how my speed and directness actually affect others. A very useful reality check. I also got a few practical tips on how to use my strengths without making the team feel like I’m forcing them into a sprint. All in all, an absolutely essential training, even though I thought I knew everything… Spoiler: I didn’t.”
K

Kristjan Viilmann

senior executive
“Because I have a strong interest in human psychology and topics related to corporate culture, the training was very engaging for me. It’s always exciting to learn something new about yourself, gain confirmation of what you already know, or look at your existing strengths and weaknesses from a new angle.”
K

Karin Eensalu

senior specialist
“Very versatile – the theory was nicely balanced with games and exercises, and the amount of theoretical content and practical activities was just right.”
H

Heleri Reinsalu

senior specialist
“This was my first leadership–team training of this kind, and it turned out to be a very interesting and exciting experience. In a way, it was even more unique because most of the participants were strangers to me - which made it a great challenge to guess their personality types and colors, and later see how those guesses matched the discussions and the actual test results.”
K

Katrina Ojavee

Marketing & Development Manager
“The training had a warm and open atmosphere, and the trainer managed to create a clear understanding of different personality types and communication styles. The way participants were involved made exploring our own traits comfortable, yet interesting and genuinely insightful. Overall, the training helped me understand both my own nature and the different ways people think and operate.”
M

Mart Eensalu

entrepreneur
“The training was pleasantly playful and exploratory. I became more aware of myself as well as my colleagues, and gained useful practical tips on how to motivate team members and build trust within the group.”
