The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is designed for individuals and teams<\/strong> who want to better understand their behaviour and communication style, and the impact these have on collaboration, performance and leadership. It is valuable for specialists, leaders and teams seeking a practical and shared language for understanding human differences and making more conscious choices in how they work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a practical and powerful personal development tool that helps individuals gain clarity about how they behave, communicate and interact with others. At the core of the profile is the Foundation section<\/strong>, which provides insight into personal strengths, communication preferences, potential blind spots \u2013 patterns of behaviour we may not readily notice ourselves \u2013 and the value a person brings to a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The profile can be extended with additional chapters depending on organisational or team needs. These include Management<\/strong>, Effective Selling<\/strong>, Personal Achievement<\/strong>, and Interview<\/strong> chapters, each offering deeper, role-specific insight and helping individuals apply self-awareness more purposefully in different professional contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full Circle (360\u00b0 feedback)<\/strong> adds a structured and psychologically safe feedback process that deepens self-awareness by comparing self-perception with the perspectives of colleagues, leaders and team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For leadership development, an extended Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile<\/strong> is also available. How to use the profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is most impactful when it is not only read individually, but used as a basis for reflection and conversation. It supports more meaningful development discussions, team dialogues and coaching conversations. When the insights from the profile are shared and linked to everyday situations, misunderstandings are reduced, mutual understanding increases and collaboration becomes more conscious and effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal profile is issued as part of a training programme. Profiles are typically delivered in English; Foundation and Management chapters are also available in Estonian<\/strong>.
