Each of us is unique in how we think, behave and communicate, yet the same patterns repeat themselves in working life and in relationships. Understanding these differences is not merely interesting. It is one of the key foundations of effective collaboration, leadership and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carl Jung and the inner logic of human behaviour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These questions were explored in depth by the Swiss psychiatrist and founder of analytical psychology, Carl Gustav Jung<\/strong>.
