{"id":1879,"date":"2026-11-08T10:50:01","date_gmt":"2026-11-08T10:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/?page_id=1879"},"modified":"2026-11-08T10:50:04","modified_gmt":"2026-11-08T10:50:04","slug":"thriving-through-change","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/solutions\/thriving-through-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Change in the team: how to thrive through it"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When this training helps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A restructure, merger, change of leader or new strategy is coming and you want to prepare the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The change has already happened, but work has not yet settled into the new situation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The leaders have moved on, while the team is still thinking about what is being lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes have come one after another and you can feel the strain in the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The team has completed Insights Discovery: An Introduction and wants to use the same shared language during change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change and transition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training builds on William Bridges\u2019 transition model. Every change brings three stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ending.<\/strong> People let go of what was. This stage can bring sadness, anger, fear and confusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The neutral zone.<\/strong> The old no longer applies and the new is not yet clear. There is uncertainty and impatience here, but also the most room for new ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New beginning.<\/strong> People find their footing in the new situation and commit to it. Hope and excitement appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stages cannot be skipped. People move through them at different speeds and sometimes slip back to an earlier stage. The leader is often ahead of everyone else, because they heard about the change first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Each colour energy experiences change in its own way<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For someone with lead <strong>Fiery Red<\/strong> energy, the biggest source of stress is losing control. They bring decisiveness and direction to change, but can be impatient and overlook how others feel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone with lead <strong>Sunshine Yellow<\/strong> energy is unsettled when they have no choice and no say. They bring optimism and ideas, but can take on more than they can deliver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone with lead <strong>Earth Green<\/strong> energy fears losing their connection with others. They make sure everyone is brought along, but may prefer a slower pace and avoid risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone with lead <strong>Cool Blue<\/strong> energy is unsettled when information and structure are missing. They think through how to put the change into practice, but may see problems rather than solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A colour energy is not a person. Everyone has all four energies, and the model helps you see what supports someone during change and what unsettles them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A short conversation.<\/strong> We talk through the change you are facing and how far the team has come in it, and check whether participants already have an Insights Discovery profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-learning and profile.<\/strong> Before the workshop, participants complete a short e-learning module and list the recent changes they have experienced. The Management and Personal Achievement chapters are added to each participant\u2019s existing profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop.<\/strong> In a half-day workshop we look at where each person is in the transition, the strengths and stress triggers of each colour energy during change, and how to respond to change consciously rather than simply react.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal action plan.<\/strong> Using the G-WAVE model, each participant commits to one step they will take in the change they are facing now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programmes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/training-programmes\/#insights_discovery_an_introduction\">Insights Discovery: An Introduction<\/a> is the foundation. It gives each person a personal profile and a shared language for how people differ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/training-programmes\/#thriving_through_change\">Thriving Through Change<\/a> applies that language during change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good next steps are <a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/solutions\/team-training\/\">team training<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/solutions\/leadership-training\/\">leadership training<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants keep their personal profile. On the next programme, only the new profile chapters are added to the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"price-block-block_b2b87a18c9afa207b85be04ecf5096e9\" class=\"price-block\">\n        <div class=\"price-block__text\">\n                <h2 class=\"price-block__title\">Price<\/h2>\n                <p>Example: Thriving Through Change for a team of 10 who have completed Insights Discovery: An Introduction costs from EUR 1,450 + VAT. This includes a half-day workshop (3\u20134 hours), two profile chapters for each participant (Management and Personal Achievement) and the Team Wheel. If the team has not yet completed Insights Discovery: An Introduction, we start there. We agree the final price together after a short conversation. Travel outside Harju County is charged at EUR 0.50 per km.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the training takes place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We train teams across Estonia at your premises or a venue of your choice, whether in Tallinn, Tartu, P\u00e4rnu or elsewhere, and virtually on MS Teams. Training is delivered in English or Estonian.
