In another leadership team, decisions drag on because disagreement is never voiced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work with the leadership team as a team. The Insights Team Wheel shows which perspectives are over-represented around the table and which are missing. Once the blind spots are visible, we agree together how to bring the missing perspectives into decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A short conversation.<\/strong> We map the situation, goals and participants, and recommend a programme and length.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A personal profile.<\/strong> Leadership development builds on the personal Insights Discovery\u00ae profile (Foundation chapter), which leaders receive in Insights Discovery: An Introduction. If your leaders have already completed it, we add only the leadership chapters. If not, we start with Insights Discovery: An Introduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The workshop.<\/strong> In the first half we look at the leader: their natural leadership style, how it lands with people of different styles, and what happens under pressure. We then practise recognising other styles and consciously adapting our own leadership. In the second half we open the personal profiles and work through real leadership situations: feedback, delegation, a difficult conversation, a decision. Each leader ends by writing down what they will do differently next week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Next step.<\/strong> Insights Discovery Full Circle (360) shows how others experience a leader&#8217;s behaviour. As a follow-on to Insights Discovery: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness, Insights Discovery: Self-Aware Leader deepens an experienced leader&#8217;s self-awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programmes for leaders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/training-programmes\/#discovering_leadership_effectiveness\">Insights Discovery: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness<\/a><\/strong> is for middle managers and leadership teams, 1\u20136 leaders from the same team. It helps them understand the impact of their style, adapt their leadership to different people and create clarity in expectations. The Team Wheel shows how the group&#8217;s styles interact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/training-programmes\/#self_aware_leader\">Insights Discovery: Self-Aware Leader<\/a><\/strong> is for experienced and senior leaders. It focuses on strengths and shadow sides and conscious choices under pressure. It follows Insights Discovery: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness and adds the Transformational Leadership profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kvadrantkoolitus.ee\/en\/training-programmes\/#discovery_full_circle\">Insights Discovery Full Circle (360)<\/a><\/strong> combines self-assessment and colleagues&#8217; feedback in the same language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants keep their personal profile. In the next programme only the new profile chapters are added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal Insights Discovery profile (Foundation chapter) is the basis of every programme, and leaders receive it in Insights Discovery: An Introduction. Leadership development adds only the new chapters: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness adds the leadership chapters (Management and Personal Achievement); its follow-on, Self-Aware Leader, uses the Management and Personal Achievement chapters the leader already has and adds only the Transformational Leadership profile. No profile or chapter is bought twice, so we calculate the exact price in the proposal based on what your leaders already have. Travel outside Harju County is charged at EUR 0.50 per km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the training takes place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We train leaders across Estonia at your premises or a venue of your choice, whether in Tallinn, Tartu, P\u00e4rnu or elsewhere, and virtually via MS Teams.
